Kurtis Foster

It looks like I missed a pretty significant injury in Kurtis Foster who, with a broken leg, stands no chance of coming back this playoff season for Minnesota. In light of that oversight, I have given the people who picked him Kim Johnsson instead, the next highest point scoring defenseman on the Wild. If you would prefer a different player from the 'West Defense 2' group, let me know in the next day or two.

I will not be doing the same for the likes of Daniel Briere, Daniel Alfredsson, etc. who do stand a reasonable chance of playing early in the postseason despite their injuries.

NHL Playoff Pool 2008

The entry fee for this year's pool is $5; multiple entries will be accepted. The prizes will be 60% of the total entry money to 1st place, 30% to 2nd, and 10% to third. For long distance people, contact me for my PayPal information.

The regular season ends on April 6th, and the first playoff games are scheduled for April 9th. The final player selection sheet will be uploaded as soon as possible after the final game is completed, and playoff matchups are set. Entries will be accepted, either in person, or by e-mail, until puck drop of the first game on April 9th. Entry fees are expected as soon as possible; however will be accepted until April 16th. Daily point updates for your team will not be posted until money is received. After April 16th, players not paying will have to be disqualified.

Game Rules: Scoring for the game will be as follows:

Skaters	Goal = 2 points
	Assist = 1 point
Goaltenders	Win = 2 points
	Shutout = 2 additional points

The tiebreaker (if necessary) will be Game Winning Goals.

There will be no player trades at any point.
